Shipping & Delivery

  • VIVO offers FREE Fed Ex Ground as standard service within the Continental United States ONLY. Fed Ex Express is offered with additional charges.
  • VIVO does NOT ship to Canada
  • Overnight orders must be placed by 2PM PST on a business day to be received by the next business day.
  • vivodirect.com orders generally ship within 2-3 business days. Delivery times are solely guidelines and are subject to change at any time.

Return Policy

  • If you would like the option to return an item, please request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • You may request an RA number by emailing support@vivodirect.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Your item must be returned within 5 days of receiving your RA number
  • We will accept merchandise with their original packaging.
  • Merchandise must be unused, and in an unaltered condition.
  • Approved returns are no charge.
  • Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment.
  • Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.

Prices & Fees

Prices displayed on vivodirect.com are in US Dollars. While we do our best to ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may occur. Should there be a pricing error on your order, we will give you the option to approve the order at the correct price or cancel the order. If we are not able to contact you we will consider the order cancelled.

Repairs

VIVO takes care to hand-make unique products with unique characteristics. While all items are quality controlled, should your item not arrive in perfect condition please email support@vivodirect.com immediately and we can assist you.
