Refund policy

If you would like the option to return an item, please request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 10 days of receiving your order.
You may request an RA number by emailing info@vivo-studios.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Your item must be returned within 5 days of receiving your RA number
We will accept merchandise with the original packaging.
Merchandise must be unused, and in an unaltered condition.
Approved returns are no charge.
Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
